Real Estate Broker Program

Application Details 

To qualify for the Real Estate Broker Program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Applicants must have successfully completed the registration education program for salespersons.
• Applicants must be registered as a salesperson with RECO.
• Applicants must successfully complete the Broker Qualifying Exam.
• Applicants are advised to enroll in the program using their full legal name, identical to the one used to create their RECO account.
• Applicants who completed the Salesperson Program with the OREA Real Estate College must have completed courses in both real estate law and commercial transactions to qualify to enroll in the Real Estate Broker Program. Those that do not meet this requirement will have the opportunity to self-identify within the application and will be provided with the opportunity to take the required equivalent courses.
• Applicants must disclose if they are under any active sanctions by RECO or another College. Applicants with active sanctions must not be allowed to enroll in the program unless they have approval from RECO to do so.
