Real Estate Salesperson Program

Application Details

To qualify for admission to the Real Estate Salesperson Program, an applicant must have obtained a Canadian or United States secondary school diploma, GED certificate, Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) or acceptable equivalency credential. ​​​​

• Applicants must upload a copy of their supporting document(s) to complete this application.
• Alternatively, transcripts and other documents may be sent directly to Humber
• Applicants must enroll with their full legal name and the same email address used to create their RECO ID.
• Applicants with international credentials must provide proof of equivalent credentials through an assessment service such as World Education Services (WES) or an acceptable alternative.
• Applicants must provide acceptable proof that they have the required English language proficiency to successfully complete the program.
• Applicants must declare if they have a valid Education Equivalency Assessment (EEA) decision from RECO. EEA applicants must meet all admission requirements; other than the requirements they are specifically exempt from based on the EEA decision letter.
• Applicants must disclose if they are under any active sanctions by RECO, Humber Polytechnic or another designate/College offering the real estate education programs. Applicants with active sanctions will not be allowed to enroll in the program unless they have approval from RECO to do so.
