40001 - Mastering OREA Forms: A Practical Foundation for Real Estate Transactions
Course Description
This 8-module, instructor-led course — developed and delivered by the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) — offers participants a choice of in-person or virtual delivery and equips aspiring and new real estate professionals with hands-on knowledge of OREA Standard Forms and Clauses.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify and correctly apply core OREA Standard Forms required for common residential transactions

Locate, access, and use OREA forms resources to support informed, compliant interactions with consumers.

Navigate a residential transaction using appropriate OREA forms when representing buyers, sellers, brokerages, landlords or tenants.
This course includes an examination. Upon completion of the instructor-led course, participants will take the exam in the OREA College Portal (My Portfolio). The course fee includes one examination attempt.
During course enrolment, the initial exam date will be automatically scheduled for the day following the course end date. Any subsequent exam attempts or reschedules may be arranged directly through the OREA College Portal (My Portfolio) for an additional fee. Learners are permitted a maximum of three examination attempts.

Technical Requirements
- OREA’s Learning Management System (LMS) can be accessed on a desktop or laptop computer running Windows 10 or later, and is best viewed using the Google Chrome browser.
- It is also accessible on mobile devices via the Absorb LMS mobile app, available for free on compatible iOS and Android devices.
LMS Access Date
- Learners registering for OREA courses through Humber will receive access to the course via OREA’s Learning Management System (LMS) 3 days before the course start date. An email from OREA will provide login credentials along with detailed instructions for accessing the LMS.
