Course Description

This course reviews key obligations under TRESA that impact the day-to-day activities of a broker or salesperson trading in real estate and representing buyer and seller clients. It also reviews offers, deposits, and related obligations. In addition, the course reviews other laws that relate to trading activities.  

Courses are delivered in Blackboard, Humber's learning management system (LMS). To login to Blackboard:

  • Add @humber.ca to your Humber username (example: X123456@humber.ca)
  • Same password as your Humber account
